Return Policy

Returns
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following criteria: - Be in the same condition as when you received it. - Have all original tags attached. - Be in its original packaging. - Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact Us: Email us at nateenphilippines@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions: If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, include the RMA number inside, and send it to the address provided.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us at Yuki@nateen.com with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We will resolve promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned for hygienic, safety, or custom reasons. This includes: - Incomplete products that have been unpacked - Sale items or discounted merchandise - Gift cards Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item before purchasing.
Refunds
Inspection & Approval: We will inspect your return and notify you of approval via email.
Processing Time: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Important Notes: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Bank or credit card processing may take 3-5 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, contact nateenphilippines@gmail.com.
